Flower Vase Life
We work with a variety of blooms, which by nature of their beauty and interest can be more delicate in nature then others. Due to the perishable nature of our product, the life expectancy of our more delicate flowers is at least 3-5 days. We therefore guarantee all our flowers to be at their best for at least 3- 5 days.
All flowers are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, a particular flower in any design may be substituted for another flower that is equivalent value and quality without notice. All products on this website are available for delivery to the postcodes shown in our Delivery Page, or are available for collection free of charge from the Studio by appointment.
Some products, flowers and plants may be harmful or poisonous and to cats and dogs, if you require further information before submitting a order please contact us at email@example.com
FH delivers within a 14 mile radius of the studio at CV13 6HX, to the Leicestershire and North Warwickhire areas. Our delivery postcodes re listed HERE. We deliver between 9am – 6pm Monday to Saturday (with the exception of holidays). We cannot currently offer specific timed delivery slots. If you require a specific time, please drop us a message and we will do out best to accommodate, however please note there will be an additional charge for this if we are able to arrange it. We do not deliver on Sundays, unless for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas when delivery charges may vary.
If you wish to send bouquets to multiple addresses, then you need to complete a separate online order for each address to ensure we have the correct delivery details. Please do not use the message box for multiple delivery addresses.
Before completing your order, please ensure that you have included full name and address details of the intended recipient. We cannot accept responsibility for items not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information.
In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels etc, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
Please note that we are only responsible for delivering to the address provided. We regret that where goods have been correctly delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, lives elsewhere, or refuses the item.
Where the driver is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will either deliver to a neighbour or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact. If flowers are returned to our studio following an unsuccessful delivery, the same bouquet can be collected or redelivery arranged at extra cost. Please note the bouquet will not be replaced.
All products on our website may vary according to season and availability. Photos are indicative of style and are not exact. Certain Products may be supplied by us in bud to ensure longer life. We guarantee our flowers to be at their best for at least 3-5 days. If you require further information before submitting a order please contact us. please contact us using the contact details set out in Section 6 below.
1.4 All Products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
1.5 In the event that we are unable to supply the Product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
You may order online for Collection by selecting Collection and a date at checkout. Collection is by appointment. You will be sent a collection time slot prior to collection. Collection is available Monday to Saturday (except holidays). Collections are made from The FH Studio, Hall Farm, 1 Main Street, Dadlington, Nuneaton, Warwickshire CV13 6HX
Prices shown on our website are valid for a maximum of 14 days from submitting your order. Prices include VAT.
Orders and Payments
During order submission you will be required to provide us with your personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. By checking out on our website, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on our website. Submission of your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer and we will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you unless we have issued you a confirmation of order delivery by email. This is not the automatic email sent on submission of an order.
Credit Card Security – when the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are entered away from our website via a checkout hosted by Stripe. We do not store or record any card details. Your data is stored through Stripe data storage, databases and the general Stripe application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
We cannot accept orders from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.
Your rights to cancel are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Orders (with the exception of bespoke designs) may be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended delivery or collection date. To amend or cancel your order, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org using “Cancel + your order number” in the subject line.
Bespoke designs may be amended or cancelled up to 7 days before the intended delivery or collection date – this is due to the ordering of specific stock for bespoke designs. If there is a problem with your flowers, we require notification by email within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to investigate. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, refunds will not be eligible. Photographs to support your claim should be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your claim is inspected, we will contact you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. Where claims are approved, a replacement product will be offered for delivery and the original item collected by us.
Refunds are only offered in exceptional circumstances or where a replacement is not suitable, ie funeral flowers.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements on sale or reduced items.
